I'm an experienced integrative relational counsellor and counselling supervisor which means that I am trained in a variety of approaches to counselling and psychotherapy. The biggest benefit to this is that my approach is tailored to you.

I aim to create an environment where you feel safe to explore whatever brings you to counselling.

I’m accredited by the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). My qualifications include a Diploma in Integrative Counselling and an M.Sc and B.Sc in psychology and sociology. I am also a counselling supervisor with a Level 6 qualification in supervision.

I have also attended specific training on; Counselling young people, issues in the Trans community, gestalt therapy, Autism Spectrum Disorder, stress and anxiety in those with autism, compassion focused therapy, cognitive behaviour therapy (CBT), managing suicidal feelings, gestalt chair work, working creatively, self harm, and anger management.

I have worked in a variety of different settings alongside my private practice including schools and colleges, charities (Mind and YMCA) and GP practices.
​
I am registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and abide by their ethical framework.
​
I also work with Employee Assistance Programmes.
