Claire is a qualified integrative therapist which means that she is trained in a variety of approaches to counselling. The biggest benefit tot this is that she's able to work with each client in a bespoke way, depending on what is best for them.
She has worked with clients from a diverse variety of backgrounds with issues such as low self-esteem, depression, lack of direction, anxiety, stress, anger, bereavement, identity and relationship issues. She has special interest in low self-esteem and also has experience in working with clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
